About JustBiz
JustBiz was set up by me, Lucianne Verweij, a company lawyer with a proven track record in managing compliance and business ethics.
My ambition is to use my expertise and serve organizations that do not have the size to allocate resources to this topic, but that do have the need for support.
Reasons for this can vary; they want to get a feel for what is going on in their organization or they want to get a better grip on it. They may have had an unpleasant experience in the past. Or simply, they want to be able to effectively fulfill their legal obligations, or the demands of their customers.
Is this something you recognize for your organization? Let me know! I would like to examine with you what your organization needs or requires. In my approach, my legal background is relevant, but not leading. My experience is that a program merely driven by the legal aspects can be rather counterproductive.

The name ‘JustBiz’ centers around the two meanings of the english word ‘just’. As an adjective: ‘just, fair’, but also as an adverb; ‘just, simply’. I’ve chosen this name because of my conviction that organizations benefit from a way of working that regards fair business and ordinary, normal business as interchangeable.
This way of working will create trust among employees, customers and business partners. And thus lay the foundation for the success of the organization.
JustBiz can support you in maintaining or strengthening the shared notion that fair business is normal business, and vice versa.
